We were born and raised in Rutherford County and we know our Real Estate market. Our parents brought us to Rutherford County because the building was good. Our father was a builder, and passed his passion for building on to his kids. We love meeting new people, and helping buyers and sellers with one of the biggest transactions of their life.
Here is a little about each of us.
Bo Woodard- Bo is the eldest of the family, and has been building houses since he was able to tote lumber. Bo is a Licensed Contractor, and Realtor. Bo is a valuable asset to sellers and buyers. He is a great Listing Specialist because of his expertise with home repairs, and getting a real value on your home. He can make suggestions for preparing your house to sell, and can get those repairs done that most people simply don't have time to do. He has been a licensed Real Estate Agent for 9 Years. Formerly worked at Bob Parks Realty, and is a Multi Million dollar producer.
Lynne Woodard Ross- Lynne is the baby of the family, and has been watching Rutherford County grow! Lynne worked with State Farm Insurance for 8 years in Claims. She feels State Farm prepared her for the Real Estate Career she was destined to be in. Customer Service is her goal, and wants to make sure everyone is satisfied with their Real Estate Experience. Lynne started her Real Estate career 7 years ago with Bob Parks Auction and Bob Parks Realty Company. She is a great Buyer's agent, and Listing Specialist. She has a knack for finding the perfect home for her clients, and making sure the transaction is an enjoyable one. Lynne also has a good understanding of what buyer's are looking for and brings that over when working with sellers. She knows what buyer's are looking for and knows what is on the market and how to get your house SOLD.
Beth Woodard- Beth is the middle child, and the hot addition to the team. Beth started out as a Computer Programmer. She later started her own Cleaning Service called Domestic Home Services. Like anything Beth sets her mind to her business flourished and quit programming to manage Domestic Home Services. She started her career Real Estate 2 years ago with Bo and Lynne at Bob Parks Realty. She has been a huge asset to the team!! She is an excellent Buyer's Agent. She also has grown up in Murfreesboro, and knows the area very well. Beth is also an excellent Listing Specialist with her ambition and drive can get houses turned to SOLD.
